He stilled the storm to a whisper… Psalm 107:29
For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning…Psalm 30:5
Woke up one morning with everything frozen outside. The trees are glistening white and almost every dew has frozen giving that glass appearance.
The morning was very cold. But the whispering cold and silence prompted me to go outside and appreciated the frozen air. I allowed it to linger in my face. Surprisingly, the air was thin and breathing was like a reward from the overnight freeze.
I took pictures to remember the day, and its frozeness. Meditating on Psalm 30 and Psalm 107 made the day warmer yet keeping the stillness of the day.
